When a customer asks us to source or supply cheese to a certain specification or to check the quality of a cheese before it is packed, they do so in the knowledge that it has been treated with the care, quality standards and expertise The Kerrygold Company prides itself on.

The Kerrygold Company's Quality System focuses both on quality and on product safety, and is based on the internationally recognised ISO9000 standard.

It is also assessed against a standard defined by the British Retailer Consortium (BRC) who set a core standard that defines how a total business should operate.

We are accredited to this standard, ensuring the quality and safety of our products at all times.

All our processes are subject to rigorous analysis, using a method called Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points. Our staff are trained to use HACCP, and it is the application of this system, combined with the dedication of our employees that enables us to reach and maintain high quality standards so consistently.

Our warehouse is also audited and accredited every year by the European Food Safety Inspection Service.
