Meet Andrew Dyer our Brand Marketing Assistant
andrew Name: Andrew Dyer

Location: Leek
Joined Kerrygold in: September 2007
What I do: Working as part of the sales and marketing team, my job is extremely varied and challenging, which is what makes it fun! My main responsibilities include looking after our brand's website, monitoring our competitor's activity and helping increase awareness of the brand. Having completed my degree in business studies in 2007, in my first year at Kerrygold I completed my Chartered Institute of Marketing professional diploma in marketing, and am currently working towards my postgraduate diploma in marketing, with Kerrygold's support.
Why I Love working for Kerrygold: My job is varied and challenging, and the people are great. As well as this, the company provides me with all the support I need for my postgraduate studies, which I have found extremely useful. Despite only joining the company as a graduate, I feel that I have been given real responsibilities, and exposure to all parts of the marketing mix. With so much variety, there's no time to get bored!

Meet one of our Manufacturing Team Leader's
emma Name: Emma Kusznierski
Position: Manufacturing Team Leader
Location: Leek
Joined Kerrygold in: April 2001
What I do: I am part of the Manufacturing team, and work mainly in the High Care production area managing four lines and the people who work on them. My main responsibilities include ensuring that all the lines run efficiently and that quality and housekeeping standards are exceeded. My priority is to ensure that the production personnel adhere to company policies and procedures and that regular reports are completed on time.
Why I love working at Kerrygold: When I joined Kerrygold, my initial intentions were to stay for a year whilst I decided which degree to take at University. As I progressed in my role, my manager asked if I would like to train for a Team Leader position to cover holidays, which, as with any challenge, I readily accepted. Holiday cover then turned into a permanent position along with first line management courses which gave valuable information and experiences in terms of management styles and team building. The residential weekend was especially enjoyable, those who attended will know what I mean!! No day is ever the same at Kerrygold and everyday is a challenge. With aspects of problem solving, decision-making and quality control there is always something to do, which means that I never get bored! The senior management team and my colleagues are all very supportive, which makes for a happy and productive working environment.
